Do you really come to my house?
Yes, that is the whole idea. The class happens in your kitchen, with your oven and your hob, which is exactly why what you learn is repeatable. You do not need a big kitchen. If two people can stand at the counter, it works.
What do I need to have at home?
A hob, an oven, a sink and a bit of counter space. I bring the ingredients, the knives, the pans and the aprons. If your kitchen is missing something I need, I will have it in the car.
How many of us can join in?
Two to four people for most classes, and up to eight for the group menus. Below two it starts to feel like a lesson rather than an evening, and above eight nobody gets their hands in the bowl.
Can you work around allergies or a vegetarian menu?
Yes. Tell me on the booking form and I will build the menu around it. Vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free menus are all straightforward, and French cooking is far more flexible than its reputation suggests.
Which areas do you cover?
Maynooth and the rest of Kildare, Dublin city and the surrounding suburbs, and anywhere within about 45 minutes of Maynooth at no extra cost. Further afield is possible, just ask.
Can I give a class as a present?
Yes, and it is one of the more popular reasons people get in touch. Vouchers are valid for a year, and the person receiving it picks the menu and the date.
